LVSF Partners with National Athletic Trainers Association to Provide Free Intereactive Youth Sports Safety Clinic

On Monday June 24th, 2013 LVSF partnered with the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) and Longevity Sports Center to provide local children with an interactive way to learn about sports safety. Over 20 Athletic Trainers from the NATA's Young Professionals Committee taught the kids Fitness, Flexibility, Hydration, Nutrition, Heat Illness, Concussions, Athletic First Aid, Balance and More! The kids moved between and participated in several rotating mini-sessions that were designed to keep them interested while they interactively learned the tools they need to safely Stay in the Game!

Kids each recieved messenger bag from Cramer Athletics, a Gatorade Sports Bottle and Sports Blast sports drinks courtesy of each named company.
