cheyenneLLCheyenne's run to the Little League World Series came to an early end yesterday as they fell to Northern California in the Semi-Finals of the Western Region Tournament.

Northern California jumped on the scoreboard early in the top of the 1st inning to take 1-0 lead. Unable to answer back in the 1st Cheyenne would fall even further behind as Northern California would score 6 more runs in the 2nd to take a 7-0 lead.

Northern California kept Cheyenne out the game until the 4th inning when Cheyenne was finally able to score a run to narrow the lead to 10-1. Cheyenne would keep Northern California off the scoreboard the rest of the game but was unable to overcome the huge deficit.
