We have or in the process of implementing several programs to help our local youth Get in the Game, Enjoy the Game and Stay in the Game. Whether your child is just getting started in youth sports or is already an established youth athlete, we have several options for Children, Parents and Coaches.
Our philosophy at The LVSportz Foundation is that a positive youth sports experience can help to form a child's core values from an early age. Those core values can often impact their future success: Commitment, discipline, work ethic, teamwork, time management, communication, leadership and physical fitness are just eight of the many proven vital life skill areas that are the most important and significant impacts of youth sports participation that children will carry with them into their adult lives. However, unless those core values are taught from coaches and leagues who believe in these same values their experience can result in the opposite effect.
We have created several programs to ensure that every child is afforded the chance to experience and learn these core values regardless of gender, ethnicity or financial standing and to ensure that these core values are taught in a safe and positive manner from coaches and leagues who believe in these values.

As both coaches and parents, we have seen an increase in the number of children who are turned away from having a chance to participate in youth sports because the parents just can't afford it. The cost for registration, equipment and uniforms have increased dramatically over the past decade. While the leagues try their best to keep costs down, the fees incurred by the leagues are always being increased. Things such as insurance, field and referee costs have gone up substantially and all are necessary to run a league. Coupled with the current economy, it has made it hard for leagues, coaches and parents alike.
Our youth sports development program is geared towards properly introducing our children to youth sports. Coming Soon....
Being a youth coach is not only just about teaching kids the best skills in a perspective sport but it also means teaching the best skills for life. It's about teaching our children proper respect, discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork, honor, life skills and so much more.
The experiences that our children have while playing sports can have a lasting impact and will stick with them for the rest of their lives. Children look to their coaches as a mentor, someone who they can look up to and who they can count on. We need to ensure that our children are taught core life skills along with core sport fundamentals in a safe, fun & positive environment.
The goal of this program is to ensure that parents, coaches and athletes are given the proper tools to provide our youth with a positive and safe sports experience. From positive sports tips to the awareness and prevention of serious sports injuries in youth athletics we can help to keep our children active for life!
A number of issues face our youth sports community everyday and many of those issues can be taken care of by the continuious spreading of information on the benefits of sports, proper youth sports development and risk prevention. Issues such as Positive Sports, Overuse Injuries, Nutrition, Bullying, Concussion's, Heat Illness, MRSA and much more are covered in a variety of outreach programs geared towards various organizations...

Not every child can afford to join an organized sports program or they may just be unsure if a particular sport is right for them. From time to time the LVSportz Foundation will host various youth sports related events like Camps, Clinics or any Number of Community type events that involve youth and are almost always free or of little cost to our local youth.
Our P.A.S.S. Program for parents and children is incorporated into every clinic!
