The forecast for Thursday and Friday (12/13 & 12/14) is forecasting rain! This weekend is the perfect opportunity to get your car cleaned while helping a local youth team to get to a National Championship!

The crew over at D & B Detailing is graciously letting us use their car washing equipment this Saturday & Saturday (12/15 & 12/16) to help the Lady Raiders NFL Flag Team raise funds so they can compete in New Orleans, LA on January 29th, 2013!

We will be at the Galleria Mall (1300 W. Sunset Road) on Saturday from 9am to 12pm and again on Sunday from 10am to 1pm. Outside Wash For Only $10! We will be in the parking lot just off of Sunset behind the Firestone & Buffalo Wild Wings, just look for the D & B Tent.

The Lady Raiders recently participated in, and won, the NFL Flag’s Regional Tournament in Phoenix, AZ which has put the girls into the NFL Flag’s National Tournament of Champions. We are only 1 of 8 girl teams from around the country who have won their perspective Regional and have been given the chance to be crowned as a true National Champion.

The National Tournament of Champions will be held in New Orleans, LA on January 29th, 2012, the week before the NFL’s Super Bowl which is also being held in New Orleans, LA. The tournament is part of the NFL’s week long festivities prior to the Super Bowl and will receive a lot of national attention with it being covered by the likes of USA Football and ESPN, just to name a couple.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for some of these girls to experience something so grand and exciting at such a young age while not only representing an actual NFL Team (The Cardinals) but the Great State of Nevada and the entire Las Vegas area on a National Stage!

The cost of transportation, boarding and food is expected to top close to $4,000 for the 10 girls on the team and the coaches. With many of the girls coming from lower income families, many of the players’ parents are unable to come up with the necessary money, if any at all.

Please Come Out & Support Us This Weekend!
